Most of us do yoga because we love it! We experience the physical health benefits and we catch those glimpses of a calm mind…a break from the day’s usual tasks and worries. But the benefits of yoga certainly don’t have to stop there! The Yoga Sutras describe the amazing results of continuous yoga asana practice: ease, benevolence, lightness and freedom in mind and spirit.
Join me at this Sunday morning workshop in person at Rogue Valley Yoga @the Dome to cultivate those feelings through yoga, and encourage them to thrive as we navigate the changing times and our daily lives.
