In Person Valentine’s Day Workshop
This workshop, The Heart of the Matter, has simple goals: practicing yoga with friends and yoga community, raising money for a good cause and jumpstarting 2025 doing what we love.
February 14-15, 2025
Friday: 6:00-7:30 PM
Saturday: 1:00 – 5:00 PM (with a 1/2 hour break)
Where: Rogue Valley Yoga (new location!), 240 East Hersey St, Ste. 12, Ashland
Fee: $108, part of the proceeds will be donated to ACFB
If you haven’t taken a workshop before, this mini-workshop will give you a different taste of how transformative yoga can be, and will help you build some yoga momentum for 2025. Five hours of community and yoga! What a great way to start the year!
To complete your registration:
Email that you’d like to attend. I’ll send you workshop details and payment information. Once you’ve paid, you are registered! If, for some reason, you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a complete refund up until February 1st. You will be charged a processing fee of $25 after that. No refunds will be issued after February 10th, unless your spot is filled.
