New Year’s Restorative

It has been a long time since we utlized the many yoga props we have at our fingertips in a yoga studio to explore different ways to experience a restorative sequence. Join me for an afternoon to be re-acquainted or to learn about different ways to enhance your restorative practice.
The RVY Dome provides a lovely space for a restorative class, with a fireplace and so many more props than your at-home yoga spaces can provide. My hope is to assist you in getting “tucked in” and supported in ways that are not always available in an online class. I hope you can attend!
